By registering for The Matrix Mailer (TMM) you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from The Matrix Mailer (TMM), you may only register for one The Matrix Mailer (TMM) account.

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed

If your email address bounces or sends back a message with an autoresponder,
you risk having your account deleted. This includes Boxbe, SpamAssassin and Google Autopilot.

Your Account will be put  on Vacation or

Deleted for the Following Violations!!!

Do Not Use Admin anywhere in Ad or Subject!

Do Not Use Misleading Subject lines ie: You just got Paid,
Immediate Attention Required, Paypal Payment, etc.

Do Not Make ANY Claims You Cannot Back Up with Solid
Proof!

Do Not Put Urls in the Body of Your Ad!

Please, Do not Spam the Membership,
Keep it to 1 or 2 adds per day!

You may not promote The Matrix Mailer (TMM) in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting The Matrix Mailer (TMM) in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your The Matrix Mailer (TMM) account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using The Matrix Mailer (TMM). Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. The Matrix Mailer (TMM) is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to The Matrix Mailer (TMM), please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your The Matrix Mailer (TMM) account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*The Matrix Mailer (TMM) has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

You Must Have a Minimum of $10.00 and

3 Active Referrals to Claim Commissions!

Commissions are Paid Monthly at the end of the Following

Month, to Allow for Chargebacks and Scammers!

We have a Strict 'NO Refund Policy'!

If You submit a Chargeback or File a Dispute,

You will be Banned from ALL Our Sites,

And Added to the 'No Fly' List of

Many Others!!!
